I won't be able to attempt any until early next week, that picture was from last week.
The shots where ok,but I think I just got lucky with the attempt
The bottomless filter is better for me to visualize the pour.(and see my errors)

Picked up some fresh beans, roasted three days ago.
Picked up a scale and have a better idea on the process thanks to this forum.
Stay tuned. :D

OK
Did some more attempts today.

Using my scale I was going for the 1:2 ratio.
First pull,FAIL(big time)
14g in 66g out. :(
Lots of spritzer too.

Grind finer,still trying the ROK,
15g in 45g out
Not too bad, still spritzing though and not very tasty.

Set the ROK a bit finer and try to tamp a little more.
Choked the machine.

Set the ROK aside.
Out comes the Moca Express.
Wanted to try it at its finest setting, set it at two positions from full closed(not sure why I went so fine?)
Choked the machine again, over tamped for sure and too fine of grind
Stopped the extraction early.

Final attempt.
Set the Moca Express to "1"
17g in 30g out
Close :D
Tasted pretty good and made a nice cappuccino

I'm getting much better already.
I'll shoot some video again when I do a few more consistent shots.

Thanks for all the advice.
It really helps.

*edit*
I suppose I should try and stay consistent with my grams in?

You have distribution issues. Use wdt. Grind adjustment looks ok

Thanks
Getting closer, obtained the 14g in 28 out at 28 seconds(once out of four tries)
Now to get consistent pours and work on my WDT

Making progress
