How much is the retention?? Did you measure it? How much do you have to purge between adjustments?

The retention is around 2.0 grams +/-.

I doubt I'll ever opt for any dark roasts, mainly SO espresso to espresso blends just touching second crack. I contacted both companies for the price and it seems like the Peak is a no brainier for me!
