Hello,
I just sold my Fiorenzato Bricoletta HX with Vibe Pump and the new owner is having a problem filling the boiler

I removed the mushroom nut and drained boiler before shipping but buyer said the box was a little wet.. Not dripping wet..
I guess water from vacuum breaker..

The pump is just running, not stopping and tank is not draining..

Can there be some kind of air lock in the lines?
He was thinking it was the solenoid valve but I think even if it was, water would come back into the tank by the OPV..

Any help would be greatly appreciated..

It sounds like it is not priming to me. I would start by disconnecting the tube from the pump inlet, let it fill with water from reservior, and reconnect so that tube starts out full and try it.

Figured It out, it had a air lock..

Buyer lifted the brew group lever and it started filling..
