try this one

1. copy the following text into Notepad
2. save the file
3. use the same format, manually type your numbers, and separate numbers of the same row with "Tab" (not "Space")
4. rename the file extension into .csv
5. use Artisan to import this .csv file

Here are screen shots of both Artisan.csv and RoastLogger.csv file format. I deleted several rows to show the temps before and after charge.

Although the header and columns are assigned differently, Artisan can recognize and import both types, as long as you specify correctly. The numbers of the same row are separated by [Tab] instead of [Space], and different rows are separated by [Enter].

In the Artisan.csv (your screen shot), Time1 and Time2 are defined differently. Time1 is the overall roast time, and Time2 starts when you charge the bean.
