Just curious, what about the fact that the boiler is not insulated? The newer new are.

Could it cause that much temp fluctuation between heater cycles?

Hi
I filmed a short video showing what is happening with the machine. Significant amount of water coming through OPV while idle. No condensation on the blind basket whatsoever... Could this be the problem?
Thanks again

Should I order the entire OPV, or is it an internal gasket in the valve that would need to be replaced?

I'm assuming this is something I could replace myself?

Thanks

Firstly, the boiler needs to be drained much as possible and then the OPV removed and disassembled.

But in any event, I would order a new OPV and the internal valve, especially if I was going to keep the machine for a while. I would also think of any other maintenance parts you might need to amortize shipping.
