For stable temperature lever machines + Preinfusion pressure profiling, maybe you guys need this one Quoted from Bella Barista UK; Ambient and Espresso also wowed us with the ACS Vostok Three Group Lever. It was a definite WOW! Each group had its own brew boiler and PID control for pre-infusion. The touch screen was sharp and responsive. This is a truly incredible machine and there is talk of a 1 and two group version. The 1 group will have a reservoir as well!
