the PID on the leva is for the boiler, but how does that translate to the water temp at the group head (GH)? well today amazon delivered the thermocouple meter so i decided to test it out.

izzo leva manual on PID adjustment is just confusing to me. i've read it several times and could figure it out. when i turn on the machine, i see the PID show 1.00 and then the current temp (usually 87F) and then it boils up. i have it current set to 250F.
