A friend of mine bought a part for his espresso machine.
It never arrived via USPS so he reordered it from them with pretty expensive Fedex shipping given it was a small vacuum breaker.
Before I buy from them I decided to get on a chat with them to understand their shipping...
I recently sold and shipped my Mazzer Super Jolly but after shipping it looks like it isn't working anymore. The green light turns on but the motor won't start. The buyer checked the interiors and sent some photos, it looks like all cables are correctly...

Anyone have experiences with La Marzocco / Tasmanian Freight shipping? To date, I've received 0 shipping emails for the 3 orders I've placed direct through LM (GS3, accessories, and customizations). I've only seen tracking since I've checked my order statuses daily.

Hello, does anyone know if there are any restrictions for buying coffee of the US roaster (eg 5lb bag) and sending it to the UK? Are there any tax, excise duty, weight limits etc?
