Do all 83mm burr sizes fit ?
I had similar questions, the answer is unfortunately no they do not all fit. I purchased a set of Mazzer T151a burrs (Major Burrs) for my F6 and found out that the sizing is not the same. I ended up making it work by sanding them slightly after a couple hours of work but it would be easier to just

Torque specs for grinder carrier.
Is there any official ratings on torque specs for main bolt of lower burr carrier. Currently have a Mazzer Major E and do not want to under or over torque burr carrier

Eureka Drogheria MCD4 85
That's a huge grinding surface, I'm guessing that the central hole is much smaller than the ones in the Mazzer Major from the picture. And while it's smaller than the 98 mm EK burrs, it looks that the surface areas might be a bit closer than the diameter indicate
