Great Decaf Coffee In Ontario, BC or Anywhere In Canada?

... (Vienna) level. Unfortunately the number of roasters who truly know how to roast decaf is limited and most only produce one decaf. Sigh! I live in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I prefer to buy in the GTA (or GGHA) but will buy

What US roasters would sell coffee like Tim Wendelboe - also, how is Nordic Post to USA?

I just put in my second order for Hatch, I loved everything in my first batch. It is definitely Nordic light, or close to it, but more experimental flavors compared to the more traditional washed Nordic stuff

Black and White Roasters

... but seven-plus years ago, Chris Chekan of now-defunct Monarch Methods developed a similar method while he was working at Pilot Coffee Roasters in Toronto. It has been my go-to method for 19g of light-roast since then. (The Monarch Methods kettles were designed for the method.) Details at: {link}{video}

Canadian Roaster Recommendations

You'll find that the coffee basically tastes the same as you go through the frozen portion by just dosing frozen beans and putting the rest back in the freezer. Pilot Coffee in Toronto - Experience with fudged roast dates??

Semantics aside, to accuse someone of lying is calling them a liar; that's not a trivial accusation and shouldn't be made without significant evidence. There's other explanations for the coffee experience of the OP besides the roaster knowingly sold them stale coffee and then lied about it. As Pino ...

A lot of people like pilot, i have not been satisfied with most of their offerings. Their price to product ratio does not make sense and as for a 3rd wave outfit they tend to not be as good as they can be. Their roasting quality in terms of evenness is good but i have not liked the
