New to me: Aillio Bullet R2 V1

I like data...and Artisan allows me to log lots of it :D Ordered a set of Phidget temp and humidity sensors. Sketched out an enclosure so I don't lose them! Initially was going to add a honeycomb in the lid but I wasn't sure if the material would block the sensors. Decided on the open cutout for now. Can always...

Cafelat Robot User Experience

Ok, all you talented folks. Has anyone come up with a way to make the new leveling tamper fit/stay in the robot's hand? :D

Cafelat Robot User Experience

You know I just realised earlier this week the pressure/weight table does not mention where the person is holding it. I should add I am measuring from where the main arms meets the robot claw and I will update the manual accordingly. I had a crazy plan to make the base into a scale, an analog scale if possible that...

The Londinium R24

I am just referring to the subject of the discussion, this Condor group. The dipper configuration has a check valve and flow restriction adjustment and only one fitting on the rear for the dipper tube. The HX version does not have either and has 2 fittings on the rear for top and bottom HX. I have no idea if anyone...

What is the depth between the feet of an ECM Synchronika

Don't know. But why not shoot Clive coffee a email or phone call. I'm sure they can provide all the info you need.

Niche Zero grinder - is it worth to upgrade to Versalab M4?

I compared my Forté and the niche. I preferred the Forté but honestly not by that much for espresso. For brew and cupping the Forté was preferable in regards to taste preferences but in a very small blind cupping I was 50/50 depending on the roast. Now that I have a MonFlat. It's way way better than the Forté imo....

Breville Dual Boiler, five+ years on

Made a cool discovery today. I was curious how many shots I could pull once the water level got the bottom of the lighted display. So at that point I pulled a shot, and then the water level was no longer visible. From then on, I counted 5 more shots, including a couple that were profiled, where I ran the...

Niche Zero grinder - is it worth to upgrade to Versalab M4?

My experiences are similar to Jeff above. I bought a Niche Zero to replace my old Macap M4 to use with medium to dark roast espresso. But I ended up selling it after five months as I wasn't happy with the taste. However, I found the conical burred Niche was comparatively better with lighter roasts than the flat burred Macap,...

What is the depth between the feet of an ECM Synchronika

hi all, I'm a new member, but I've been lurking for months as I shop for a machine. I'm getting close to a purchasing decision, and want to make sure that the machine I've been researching will fit on my coffee bar. Can anyone tell me what the distance between the feet is on an ECM Sychronika? I believe the...
