So could spritzers (I'm talking about the misting ones....) be related to partially blocked portafilter holes? I've gotten them on what are otherwise great shots

Unless, you are about 7 feet tall, and your arm is 7 inches in radius, you are going to have no problem seeing the grind settings and adjusting them

Highest chance of success - roasters

SM coffee roasted on an Aillio Bullet will blow away local average roasters wherever you live. It doesn't have PID control (recipes control power/fan/drum speed), but PID control doesn't make much sense on a drum roaster anyways. It's pricey but I don't think anything else compares if you want something electric, portable, and automatic (except for ending the roast) that
