Monolith - End of Year Production Run Changes

Just because CNC manufacturers choose not to vertically integrate, that doesn't make them the pinnacle of professionalism and doesn't preclude those who do from being 'professional'. The monolith is an extremely niche product as is any high end single dosing grinder. Therefore by your argument it makes perfect sense to vertically integrate. I mentioned the Versa lab as I've notice...

Huky 500 max batch size

I think you'll have an easier time doing back to back roasts with the Huky and you will certainly have more control with it over a Behmor. Your batch size will still be smaller than desired, but I think you could get away with 1 lb batches (1 lb green) and that would put you at 7 batches per month...

New Rocket Mozzafiato owner - pump noise question

It's still quite noisy - I've had the pump stop working once, making the same noises but not stopping and not moving any water. A tiny adjustment on the pump pressure nut had it working again. As mentioned, idrinkcoffee said their machines make the same loud noise when pumping. I did hard-plumb in and I don't notice any major difference...

Polish advice (I did something stupid)

Very helpful. Then the tool offered by Stefano's Espresso Care is an option for going through the top. It would save time and may not cost more than a socket wrench with an articulated joint and an extender.

African Greens Suggestions for Espresso

Not me. This also dropped today at Sweet Marias Burundi Dry Process Kibingo Cooked fruit and wheat flavors that bring to mind raspberry pie, a layer of barley malt syrup and a hint of pomegranate. Soft acidity and bittersweet when roasted dark. City to Full City+. Very high fruit in the flavor scale. https://www.sweetmarias.com/burundi-dry-process-kibingo-6425.html

African Greens Suggestions for Espresso

Has anyone tried Ethiopia Misty Valley Yirgacheffe Natural from Coffee Bean Corral? They sent a notice that they have a new arrival in stock now. Sounds good but I wasn't sure how it compares to other Eth Nat fruit bombs.

Lagom P64 Flat (Option-O)

A few more words (and maybe some questions) about my Lagom (with SSP unimodal) Initially I finished a medium roast (Quijote - Black Ape) I had the whole month while waiting for my unit, then opened 250g light roast espresso I had in the freezer but never used it because it was impossible to brew (and/or a pain to dial...
