La Marzocco Swan grinder released

Maybe I'm confusing the terms, but on demand, I thought meant grind by predetermined time or in this, revolutions. I'd say that is normally for a cafe setting. Previously, things were ground into a doser and then dispensed, so on demand was a step up from that. Just my understanding

Do I Have Low Flow Control Values?

This may be advice too late but what I did was to measure the flow rate while the machine was stock. Then after I added the flow control I fiddled with the knob position till I got that same flow rate and placed the control knob at an easy to find position (I used pointing right). That is my "normal

Is it meant to be on demand? It seems to have a fairly large hopper and grind by revolutions features which indicate its cafe setting. The pico does retain some grinds apparently and this design seems similar except for the electrical field generator to reduce static
