Manual fill valve need to be pressed in too far

I had to put a screw driver under the arm to depress the piston further so the valve would open. are these adjustable? is there

Best 64 mm SSP burrs for high clarity/brightness light roast espresso

Super helpful - thanks! Have you tried out the MP's on espresso and filter, and if so how do they stack?

La Marzocco Linea Mini R

Thanks for your comment. This is the risk I would be willing to take. However, I would have a faucet to close the waterline when the machine is off. I use a similar setup with my fridge/freezer (for ice cubes). I don't know if this faucet system would work? I also still try to get the drainage to work out

Under extraction with high pressure and normal extraction time

Hi there, I noticed recently that high pressure (more than 10 bar on gauge) and normal brew time (approx 25 seconds from the start of preinfusion) generated very sour espresso. I use 20 g of coffee (in a 20 g portafilter) to get a double shot of approx 40 g at a brewing temperature of 92 degrees C

Mazzer Super Jolly or Eureka Zenith 65E for best grind?

Then that tech person knows nothing about burrs or has completely wasted taste buds. The difference is night and day like apples and oranges. That's one very bad tech person

Sworks basket issue

Hi all! Does anyone know of a 58mm portafilter that fits Breville Oracle touch and accommodates a sworks basket? My standard Breville, naked porta filter doesn't take the basket. I am willing to modify if need be!
