Australian Distilled/De-ionized water
In some parts of Australia I think ZeroWater filtration would be a good option. Not just cost wise but also to reduce the container waste. Maybe not for Perth though where the TDS of the tapwater can easily be up in the 300-600 range. ZeroWater filters are more quickly exhausted if you have high TDS -

Puck screen, yes screen, sticking to grouphead, what to do?
Well dosed the 18g into the L basket rated for 19-21. Seemed to get a good tamp but maybe bottomed out and could've went further. First shot was super fast as expected. Dialed in second and got 18g in and 39g out in 31 seconds. Great flavor, tastes just like it did in previous basket.

Puck screen, yes screen, sticking to grouphead, what to do?
Just recently after changing my tamper my last 2 shots the actual puck screen, not the puck the puck screen itself, was stuck to the group head. Not tight just barely like the water was holding it and not letting go. I was able to lightly touch it and it dropped off. First time this has happened

Best Bottled Water for Espresso - UK
My issue is that there's no doubt for me. I much prefer the espresso from acqua panna water than from the Waitrose lock hills. I find there's much more depth of flavour coming through in my flat white. I think for my pour overs, I will prefer the lock hills though I haven't tried it with acqua panna
