I recently purchased some Paradise coffee for espresso. I found the second bag the best pull at 2 months and then I was out. Never changed my perimeters except grind

Is the flow control just another fad or do you see an actual improvement in your espresso? Fads come and go but before I commit to one who can REALLY say it's an improvement? I'm very curious

What perimeters do you use for the Café Lusso GMC ? Is the standard 200 deg 25 sec for 2 ounces of espresso one that works? I don't weigh the espresso just time and watch the color. I'm using the Alex Duetto IV Plus. Thanks
