Sweet Maria's to add Paypal-possible security breach

My card was auto-shut recently because someone tried to withdraw money from the card. My card was discarded and I had to wait for a new visa from my bank. I ordered coffee from sweetmarias just a few weeks prior. Seems someone got hacked? I would welcome PayPal as an option:-)

Tips for a newbie using a Diedrich IR-7N??

Im roasting on a Diedrich Ir-3. Drop in at 200C, bottom out at 1:45/75-80C. I get my yellow stage at approx. 8 minutes/160 C. 1st crack at approx. 11:30-12:00.
