Can't ID this old non-working lever - is it even possible to refurb?

As mentioned, turn it into a lamp. It's completely useless for Espresso

Zacconi Riviera manometer/pressure gauge removal

Very common problem with the Riviera. I've taken several gauges apart but it's not likely you'll be able to recalibrate it properly. You may be able to zero it out but then it'll be off at the other end. As a reference it could still work but if you want accuracy you need to buy a new one

La Pavoni Europiccola with two white switches?

As I said, looks like it was unearthed following a volcanic eruption. Here is the "Mount Vesuvius" LP in all it's glory. It's definitely the same machine. {image}

Concerns with silicone based lube for lever machines?

For my machines, I do not apply gobs of Dow111, as the piston seals do not need it. It only helps with the installation. I've changed seals on so many LPs, I know I can install them with no silicone at all, so depending on what machine you have, you may be able to avoid using it altogether

Too many pulls to get a shot on La Pavoni Europiccola

How's the water flow with no portafilter? Are you sure the machine is getting up to proper pressure?

La Pavoni Europiccola with two white switches?

Seen those a couple of times, some in Italy and some in Germany. Is that the machine on kijiji.it? It's been there for ages. If so it looks like it was unearthed following a volcanic eruption. Member Redbone and I keep joking about buying the "Mount Vesuvius" machine

Looking for 40x30x6.5 piston seals for old Zacconi Riviera

I've used the PV seals on about 15 or so older Rivieras and never had an issue

Looking for 40x30x6.5 piston seals for old Zacconi Riviera

Apparently Zacconi workshop is now carrying seals for the older 3 piston seal configuration Rivieras, but I highly suspect it's the Ponte Vecchio seals, which I've used and they work fine with no modifications. What you read about trimming seals was for using what Zaconni described as their "old sea...
