Red Bird Changes
I hadn't ordered Redbird espresso in years because I thought it was ashy even when Jeff owned it, however I still mix Sweet Blue with any of their Yirgacheffe offerings 50/50 and it's been great for all preparations. Niche Zero: To RDT or Not to RDT
I let it run quite a while until after I see no more grinds exiting. But that's not the problem. Without water there's so much static in the cup that I can't get the coffee out of grinds cup. Here's the mess I get without RDT. 5 months after I bought it so about 10 lb of coffee.

I fixed that by making a spacer out of the end plate on a failed element. I guess that's a pretty involved fix, but OTHE...

Technivorm half vs full pot
My wife occasionally brews that much just for her using 20g but doesn't get great results. Of course she's not changing the grind from our 1/2 pot, just the dose

USPS shipping times
Funny that this thread just popped up for me. I ordered from two roasters, both shipped USPS: 1) Shipped on 2/9 from San Francisco and got to me today 2/11 in NJ. 2) Shipped from Salt Lake City on 2/8 and just left Indianapolis at 1:57am this morning 2/11. Who knows when I'll get

La Spaziale Mini - hands free tank refill
I've been covering my tank with plastic wrap for years and it stops any slimy buildup. I still clean my tank once per week, but it's always slime-free!

Technivorm half vs full pot
But really, if I'm entertaining, it's nice to get everyone their coffee instead of "what's it worth to you to get your coffee first?"
