Who do you buy espresso equipment from?
I would also recommend Chris' Coffee. I have been lucky enough not to have to call them often. When I have, however, they never rushed or made me feel as if they had more important things to do. If you live within driving distance - so much the better. It's probably safe to say that Chris's reputati...

Based on their advertising, Chris' appears to be open. You could try calling them directly if you think the solution is simple or that you could do any fix by yourself. It can't hurt

Mail-order Coffee and COVID-19

Any reason not to remove spout to create a semi-naked portafilter ?
The primary purpose of a naked portafilter would be to actually see the pour form for diagnostic purposes. Since simply removing a spout doesn't achieve that goal, I would think one would be hard-pressed to call it even a partially naked portafilter. I will agree with bettysnephew's statement that i...

Anyone go from semi-auto to super automatic?
johnx is correct in stating that they are different animals. A super auto will not match what you can get out of your Duetto. Super autos are about convenience. As long as you understand that, you will do fine with one. They will give something that is better than Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts
