Caffe Fresco's Ambrosia Espresso Blend
Just got my bags of Ambrosia, Daterra, and Ethiopia, and am looking forward to trying them. Does anyone have any sense of which ones of these work well as triple ristretto? (i.e., 19-21g dose, 1-1.25 oz pull?)

Blue Bottle Espresso Temescal
I dose the Temescal 21g in a triple basket and brew 1 to 1.25 oz. or so in 30 seconds at 88C, which is the lowest temperature I use for any blend. The result is virtually all crema.
