Bunn LPG with Ditting 804 Burrs Documenting Reassembly
Nice job, Gary! I could have used these detailed images when I fumbled my way through my assembly (I'm definitely not a right-brainer...) Very useful for other folks- As an aside, I found that a deli tub (as suggested by another_jim) does a nice job of preventing pop corning

Tom: Great photojournalism! You have brought us to the convention. These are the people we may never meet but certainly admire. Your images and your personal descriptions/anecdotes bring these people to life in a way that only good photojournalism can. Can't say enough about your efforts in putting ...

Bunn LPG rebuild
I'm ready to swap out the Bunn burrs for the Ditting on my LPG and ran into a small problem. When I got down to the burrs, this small disc popped off which sits against the adjustment plate. I believe I have it in correctly - one side is smooth and the other has an indent which, I assume, sits

Greens Alert
The points are based on roasted beans by Ken Davids Coffee Review. Yes, the green beans appear to be one and the same and they are a better price (with free shipping) from Temple. I ordered 5# as well and am very eager to roast these up

Colombia Pedregal Agua Blanca Micro Lot (¡Sweet Baby Jesús! Coffee)
Tom - Your theory/approach is in total synch with my conversations with George Howell and I'm not surprised you're getting such great results. To clarify re: your drying method - I assume you have the loading chute open, low amperage and have the fan completely off until drying is complete?

Chemex 1-3 cup or 6 cup for one large mug?
Try using George's method with Chemex filters - it works well for me: {link}
