Spent a lovely time at Sam's yesterday with DJF drinking lovely coffee from his Aurora and ground on both the Helor and MonCon. I don't pretend to have as good a palate as Sam but the Helor, to me, is just as good as the excellent MonCon. A great looking and performing grinder

Because of the design of the machine it is impossible to mount the pressurestat above the water line, which is the normal way in most machines. So this pipe allows the pressurestat to read the steam pressure in the boiler rather than the water pressure

The lever is at it's most extended in the photo and the ball is sits in grooves / hollows so it can't fall out. It is inserted through the body of the valve while assembling
