Particle Size Analysis of Baratza Vario

I don't know if it would be of any interest to others, but what i would like to see is pictures of coffee particles from a spent puck. I would be interested to see what part of the ground coffee is dissolved. Maybe that would help figuring a desirable particle size to maxime extraction

I saw a food related TV program this week that presented stevia plant as a 0 calories sweetener. Since it is a plant and does not have the same physical property of sugar, maybe it could safely be used in the pf. Did anyone tried it?
