[SOLD] Lelit Bianca V2 CA- SAC Area

Hi all - I'm in a bind - my espresso machine team has too many super stars and in this recent draft round, I added a DE1 Pro 1.4 to my all star squad. I hate to do it, but my Lelit Bianca, 1 year old, is up for sale. I'm asking $2,250 plus actual shipping costs

Assistance reqd fault finding - Olympia Cremina

Hey JW - on your piston - you have two seals, one that expands on the way up - and one on the way down - it's due to their shape. If you have no pressure/resistance on the way down - then take a look at the TOP piston seal. Orphan espresso has many videos and

Olympia Cremina Steam Pressure Sweet Spot

@mg - so for that, you just clamp it on and open the steam wand and measure. That'd be pretty cool. Thanks!

Olympia Cremina Steam Pressure Sweet Spot

Thanks for chiming in. I think I will order a new gauge and see if it behaves differently - though I suppose once you have two, it's hard to tell which one to trust. Maybe I'll just make some adjustments over a few different sessions with the same coffee/dose/grind and see what tastes right

Olympia Cremina Steam Pressure Sweet Spot

Hi all - I've spent the better part of 2 hours reading through posts trying to figure out what the sweet spot is for a cremina's pressure reading. My pstat started leaking and was replaced and I've never been certain it was adjusted correctly though it is easy to adjust. Mine seems to cycle up to ab...

Olympia Cremina 1989/90 trips GFCI

Hey Team - I've had my cremina for more than 20 years now and it was my dad's before that. I've seen a few things do this and here's what I'd recommend: First - check the wiring to see if your wires are hardened or crumbly. If so, replace all of it with hi-temp insulated wire

Comments on Decent Espresso DE1+ Review

But with the Decent - can't you manage that? I'm still confused how a certain machine can produce mouth-feel where another wouldn't with the same variables controlled. Water/Beans/Grind/Extraction - what am I missing?

Comments on Decent Espresso DE1+ Review

Hi All - I don't want to derail the thread, but I am considering a Decent machine pretty seriously and I'm confused by the last few posts about mouth-feel not being on par with other machines. How is it that with the same beans/grind/water and the ability to adjust *all* the parameters of the extrac...

Olympia Cremina 67 shower screen - update

Hey Dev- I've purchased parts from Olympia in Switzerland before as well. It's pretty cool - I live in CA and remember having to make phone calls at 4am to connect with someone over there - but well worth it. That screen on the right looks *very* homemade. I've considered replacing my original but j...
