Thank you all for your suggestions. Upon reading many other posts regarding the quest, it sounds like there is so much variability in the roasts. Now I'm thinking maybe I should reconsider. I guess I'll keep reading

Hi, I'm a home roaster for the past 20 years. I've used the bread machine/heat gun. I've never used any data logging, but would like to start. I'm pulling the trigger on the quest m6, and would like suggestions on what else I'll need. All answers appreciated!

I am new to this site, but have had a small Bezzera "family" machine (lever spring piston) for about 20 years. Lately upon releasing the lever I can hear "bubbling" at the halfway point and the lever skips up a bit at that point. Any ideas what the problem is?
