Those voltages don't sound too bad, though you might want to check the circuit you are running it on. 78 degrees in the house at 10pm? Glad I live next to the ocean... The Behmor is pretty quiet so it is generally fairly easy to hear the cracks, but 1/4# roasts tend to run fast at

Ah OK. It sounds like the varietal flavors and aromatics must for some reason be more volatile in the decaf.
