La Pavoni Europiccola grouphead screen dripping
The millenium model has a teflon sleeve that screws inside the group. The last time I worked on one, I initially left the teflon sleeve alone and just replaced the piston seals. The group still dripped so I had to replace the seal around the teflon sleeve. Getting the sleeve out was not easy on mine...

How much is this Pavoni set worth and how is it compared to an Elektra Microcasa?
I've never used an MCAL but I have used the Pavonis. They're capable of great shots with some practice. I've also used a Rocky for a year and I was never very happy with it. Personally the Pavoni is the only part of that package I would be interested in. There are much better grinders for the money

Caravel Group Gasket Blowout! Why?
I have one machine that exhibits exactly the same issue but mine has done it from day one and it sits on a shelf because of that. Given that yours has been fine with the previous gasket it is rather perplexing. I had put my problem down to the fact that the groove that the gasket slots into on mine

La Pavoni Europiccola isn't working properly
You haven't changed beans recently have you? How old are the beans you're using? If the beans are stale, you'll get this sort of result, no matter how finely you grind them. Just a thought

Caravel pressure consistency
It just sounds like your grind is not consistent. There could be lots of fines in it which may clog up the holes in the basket on one pull but not so much on the next. Once your Pharo arrives (lucky you), I'm quite sure your pulls will behave much more consistently
