Revel Coffee - Colombia Washed Nitro Caturra
I just went into Everyman Espresso on Monday in the Village and they carry B&W. While I was waiting for my espresso I saw a bag of this! Julio Madrid Nitro Caturra with the same tasting notes. $25 for 12 ounces. I don't see it offered on the B&W website but it was roasted on 4/8 and there was another

Highest chance of success - roasters
I have some thoughts...do with them what you will: If you don't want another hobby then roasting may not be for you. Everyone that I know of, from those of us home roasters with only a year or 3 under our belts all of the way up to people like Hoos and Rao, I hear saying they

Fellow Aiden anyone?
Excellent point, for the same cost to save a shelter animal or feed a starving child somewhere in the developing world, you could have a machine that does pourovers for you! Yes, we are all warped in our values when it comes to our hobbies

How often do you clean your grinder, and do they get very dirty?
I recently pre-ground 1 gram and left it out for 24 hours. I then added it to a 28 gram V60 and I didn't notice a difference. I am now more chill about it all since my Kafatek has anywhere from .2 grams retention when grinding for espresso to zero for most pourover grinding. Try it with your grinder...

Exaclty. My morning V60 is my meditation. This should be ideal for guests/larger batches and fun to play with when I have the time. I wish I could get it in time for the summer!

The craziest %#*$ing thing I've seen all day...
Darker roasted coffee has both more and less caffeine. It depends on how you make your coffee. If by scoop you get less caffeine since darker roasted coffee expands more so you get fewer beans than if you make it by weight. By weight, darker roasted coffee beans are lighter so you get more beans per...

Fellow Aiden anyone?
I concur. I ordered one. Not that it does anything I can't do myself but I see it as a gateway for many to get into pourover. Temperature profiles? Yes please! Maybe Meticulous can take a cue from the temp flexibility of this thing. Declining temp profile and the ability to change temp manually betw...

If it lives up to the specs it seems pretty cool with room for advanced options in the future. Any takers of the pre-order? Any naysayers have some naysaying to do?

Are Royal Coffee Crown Jewels good value?
I have ordered 3 in the past and have been pleased with every one. I like the descriptions as well as roasting notes. I also feel like you are much less likely to get a dud
