Rocket Cellini Plus PID making sounds when brew pressure ramping up
Thanks for the advice... the machine is 1 month old. I actually dont want to open it up at all. I dont want the vendor to use it as an excuse to void my warranty. I will give them a call and see what happens. I have also researched quite a bit online and noticed other rocket espresso

Rocket Cellini Plus PID making sounds when brew pressure ramping up
Thanks, so what should I do? Contact the vendor I bought this from and tell them of the issue, or try to open the box myself to check it out?

Rocket Cellini Plus PID making sounds when brew pressure ramping up
Hello, Dont know if this is an issue or not. Figured i run this by the coffee gurus here first. I had this machine for 1 month now, everything seems to be fine. But i noticed on more ocassions that when the brew pressure is ramping up during a shot or blindbasket backflush, the buildup of pressure is

Is this a desired espresso undertone?
Hello guys, well I roasted this 1/2 lb bag on Saturday afternoon. Rwanda Rulinodo Bushoki {link} Didn't know what to expect. Microfoam and Latte art pouring question
Ok thanks, ah a big question about the actual microfoam pouring... does the milk jug have a big factor in this? I tried the Espro V2, and I didn't like the result of the foam, or the pour. The spout was so sharp, I found that anything I poured on the crema just sank right to the bottom.

A little afraid of HX espresso machines, unsure of upgrade route
I know, that's why I never bought into a DB machine and spend 1000s more! I am just saying, there are some that are after that accuracy to that 1 F degree. Without the thermometer, there is no way to be sure. A lot of the home baristas are confident of their guess work. You get a feel

Been playing with E61 for a month. I need help :)
When I get that channeling, its usually because the grinds are too coarse, and/or the tamping isn't packed enough. Is your tamped puck actually levelled? I see a lot of videos of people tamping only once and then pulling a shot with their non-naked portafilters, and that's ok.. cause you cant see ch...

A little afraid of HX espresso machines, unsure of upgrade route
I didn't mean you need a thermometer to achieve a stable temp throughout the shot. The thermometer is an indicator to show the EXACT brew temp at the brewhead. All other methods are just pure estimates at that variable, which we all try to achieve through cold flushing. That's what our forum resourc...
