I am on my second Sette 270 since Thanksgiving. I'm getting about 10 weeks out of each unit. Both units have died in the same fashion where the motor sounds strained for a couple of days and then just stops working. There is clearly an issue here

Follow up to post #353. Baratza has sent me a new unit. The Sette produces great flavor, no question. So far I am seeing the same issue with retention with the new unit, but this time I will stay on top of it with daily cleaning. Retention is about 1.5 grams. I will continue to
