How to steam milk for small drinks like cortado?

I use a small Toroid 12oz pitcher, and have just 4oz milk. My machine will steam it within 14s usually. I adjust the tip for a cortado, so I end up with plenty of microfoam

Good morning! Getting used to my Quick Mill Profiles and new Acme Cappuccino

Chris, running it currently off the tank. Reservoir is large for this model at around 3 liters. But will likely plumb it at some point. That simple profile I had it on was adjusting from an initial 3 bar to 9.4 and then easing to 7 bar. So that's the noise you hear of the gear pump. But it's

Thanks everyone for the great suggestions. I will start with Jubala and New World and branch out. Looking for a couple of things, mainly consistent shots, and hopefully real Ristretto, which seems to be impossible to find in the area. And some hands on barista skills. My home game is pretty good
