Does the bag have a degassing valve? If not I would quickly transfer your coffee as soon as you get home into an airscape coffee tin. Grinder for pourover, budget around $300

I would go with a helor 101, really consistent grind quality and the fact you can travel with it makes it pretty ideal. Team it up with a Kruve Sifter and you've got yourself a solid pour over setup

This might be a coffee that needs to be pulled shorter w/ the same contact time. Try 18.5g of coffee around 30g out w/ somewhere around 26 - 30 sec contact time. 18.5g of coffee instead of 20g will help with the perceived "bitterness", pulling a shorter shot with the same contact time will insure th...
