Does the bag have a degassing valve? If not I would quickly transfer your coffee as soon as you get home into an airscape coffee tin. I would go with a helor 101, really consistent grind quality and the fact you can travel with it makes it pretty ideal. Team it up with a Kruve Sifter and you've got yourself a solid pour over setup

This might be a coffee that needs to be pulled shorter w/ the same contact time.
