Lagom P64 Flat (Option-O)
The version of the unimodal burrs you got depends, I think, on who you bought it from. My understanding is that prima-coffee doesn't offer it with unimodal v1... I purchased my unimodal v1 burrs separately from a company in Canada. Something doesn't sound right with your grind setting of 0.8-1 for a...

Lagom P64 Flat (Option-O)
I've got the unimodal v1 burrs... These days I find myself around 6 major marks from chirp for a 30g/500g v60. I'm also curious of others settings especially for smaller brews using light/medium-light roasts

Bunnzilla / Bunn G single dosing solutions
An aeropress funnel works well from what I remember. I'd love to transform my mini-bunnzilla to something like that last photo. Absolutely gorgeous!

Fellow Ode brew grinder review
Is the consensus that the burrs should be touching the outer ring of the burr carriers? I just got a replacement ode and noticed that the SSP MP burrs (from fellow) have a gap between the auger and the burr. This doesn't seem right after sorta following the issues with the SSP cast burr.

Quest M3S Alt BT help
On a whim I decided to see how well a 3.2mm RTD fit in the sightglass screw hole (M4x.7 screw). It fits well but the sightglass won't stay put with just the one screw holding it in place. I tried using a washer on the one side with no luck. Anybody have any clever idea on how

Bunnzilla: calibration issue
I remember having a similar problem after making my Mini-Bunnzilla which included installing the trifecta detent plate. When trying to calibrate and shim the burrs using the marker test, sometimes the motor would hum and nothing would be spinning. There was metal fines in the grind chamber too. I ca...

Quest M3/M3S RTD
This was a very useful thread. Thanks! It's not super clear to me how I'd mount the phidget RTD probes to the Quest since the BT/ET holes are M8x1.25 threads. One thought is to get the 1/8" NPT fitting from the phidget site and buy a 1/8" NPT (female) to M8x1.25 (male) adapter. Any other ideas?

Quest M3/M3S RTD
Curious if anybody has replaced their type-k thermocouples with RTDs. If you have where'd you source them from and are you using a compression fitting or something else to thread it into the roaster?
