Vibiemme Domobar Junior DB flow rate issue
I agree with Jake. You need to grind finer. The grind looks coarse to me. On my E5P the burrs chirp at -4 from zero so you should calibrate your grinder amd find that point and go from there, IMO

Cafelat Robot User Experience
Your profile indicates you are using a SMEG grinder. I think that narrows things down and would suggest an upgrade when you can

Dialing in VBM Domobar Junior HX + Lavazza Super Crema
I just purged my e5p with a bellows and got 6.5 grams of stale grounds out. With a clean grind chamber, I dosed 18 grams and got 12.5 grams out on first dose. Two more 18 gram doses after all the voids filled in the grind chamber were 18 grams in and 18 grams out. I find the e5p very

Dialing in VBM Domobar Junior HX + Lavazza Super Crema
That link looks like it has a lot of good choices though I am unfamiliar with your area. I bet there's one within walking distance of where you live in a city that size! You may also consider increasing your dose to 16g and grinding just a tad coarser. I'm usually between 16 and 17 grams on my

Dialing in a Cafelat Robot
My experience is that my Robot requires a finer grind than my HX. Holds true especially for light to medium roasts and for flat or conical. I've heard others say the opposite

How much water from vacuum breaker valve during heat-up?
I believe you need to remove your VB and clean it in citric acid solution. The symptoms you describe indicate it is not sealing properly. This is very common and part of normal maintenance. If after cleaning you have the same issue, order a new VB and install. They are inexpensive parts. Cheers, Chris

I'd start by increasing your dose and wdt. I'd also be looking at upgrading the grinder. Cheers
