@LatteDaddy this might be an app scaling issue on cheap devices. I noticed it on another tablet running meBarista, but didn't paid attention to it. Search on Internet for your specific tablet and how to troubleshoot apps that don't fit the screen. Something like here {link}

I mean third wave espresso machines should feature extensive profiling on temperature and pressure/flow rate, IMO. The traditional and even more modern machines can't do it. The Decent Espresso project shows the technology is already available to produce third wave espresso machines at decent prices...
