Baratza Sette: The Good, Bad, and Interesting

Great info Jim. So, the sette doesn't taste that good on lighter coffees? By lighter coffees, you mean stuff from Heart Roasters, 49th Parallel Epic? So, I was hoping to upgrade from my Baratza Vario (btw, with Vario I still can't make my shots taste quite as good as some of the best 3rd wave coffee

New Baratza grinder: the Sette Series

I'm afraid of exactly that. I want a more mellow shot, not more punchy. I noticed Heart Roasters cafe was using either K30 or Peak, but I couldn't justify another $1700 budget for a new home grinder. Hope to see more reviews of the sette, might have to cancel my pre-order, if people confirm the above

Espro 58 or 58.35 for Breville BES920XL

I got the Breville BES920XL and espro 58. I have been experimenting all day and noticed that the espro 58 doesn't fit tightly in the basket. After I tamp, were are always grounds stuck to the sides of the basket. Espro also sells a 58.35 tamper, aimed at VST baskets. Does anyone know if 58.35 would be
