May have figured out what's wrong with it but won't have the chance to try til tmrw. Browsed a bunch of previous posts about mazzers and it seems like you have to push down on the upper burr carrier to get the adjustment collar to go into the threads properly. I tried remove the top burr carrier to get in to clean it more but it wouldn't come off so I just put back on the adjustment collar now it wont grind fine enough. I'll give it a go again tomorrow morning and see if I can fix it

I went to clean my lm vulcano which is the same as the mazzer Kony e today and I couldn't remove the top burr so I put back on the adjustment collar and now I can't seem to get the collar tight enough to grind for espresso. The grind it has now is like coarser than a French press and

I'd recommend a GS3 AV, if you're looking for something easy to use. I've worked on a 2group mvp hydra and theyre also fairly straight forward if you dont use the pressure profiling until you've become more comfortable with the machine. Steaming Milk Troubleshooting?
My Andreja at home takes about 5-8 seconds to reach 90-100 but i have to modify the way i hold the pitcher to get the same rolling effect as to when I use the gb5 at work. Do you have the rancillo wand on the classic?

Steaming Milk Troubleshooting?
When I started steaming milk I found that aerating less helped me pour good art without the thickness, I only aerate for 2-3 seconds which is probably about 80-90f then submerge the tip til 130f-140f depending on the drink I'm making.
