Stuck pressure regulator on La Pavoni Millennium

Hi Stefano, Yeah I've been using a thin wrench under the collecting cup but it just won't budge. The top nut is even starting to get a bit stripped even though I'm using a 16mm wrench on that as well. Thanks

No water passing through the group on La Pavoni

Another newbie question re: rebuilding a La Pavoni Millennium. I've descaled w/ Cafiza, replaced all the seals, lubed it up and put it back together. It heats up fine, the steam wand releases a ton of pressure, doesn't appear to be leaking anywhere. All good. However, when I lift up the lever and tr...

Stuck pressure regulator on La Pavoni Millennium

Hello, I'm trying to rebuild a La Pavoni Millennium machine and the pressure regulator seems to be stuck. I believe there are two nuts, one on top one on bottom, that need to be unscrewed, and have tried to do so counter-clockwise? The top nut turns until the wand hits the end of the disassembled fr...

Thanks for all the input. Still can't get the seal in, and have applied DOW 111. Pic attached showing the gap. {image}

New dispersion screen seal too big?

I'm sure it's just me, but I have been struggling to fit a new dispersion screen seal into the group on a post-millennium Pavoni. I've been following the OE vid on reassembly, as well as read a few threads here on replacing the seal. It seems the seal is possibly a mm or 2 too big and won't complete...

Is this glue on the group?

It's definitely Gorilla glue. The siphon tube looks fine actually, and threaded but it won't screw into the plastic insert after I scraped out the glue. I think the plastic threads or too worn, so this piece will need to be replaced. Many thanks

Is this glue on the group?

Hi, I was recently given a 2004 Europiccola for parts from a friend who said he'd stopped using it several years ago due to leaking out of the group. So when I unscrewed the group from the boiler, I came across this on the backside, which looks like glue. It's is rock hard. I've disassembled two oth...
