Stagg X pour-over review, experience
I find the Melitta #4 do smoosh better than Kalita Wave style, if that's what you're asking

Stagg X pour-over review, experience
I have tried smooshing different kinds of filters. In terms of best 'fit' (combination of wall contact and no clogging), Melitta filters do by far the best. They have fewer folds than Kalita style filters and still have a flat bottom, unlike V60 style filters. I smoosh a flat bottom outside the Stag...

Lagom P64 Flat (Option-O)
If the touch point ("zero") changes during/after break-in, then the marker test result should also change. What am I missing?

Lagom P64 Flat (Option-O)
Does the marker test even make sense out of the box? Shouldn't you wait until the burrs are seasoned?

As this thread is essentially about three grinders: Ode, Lagom P64, and DF64, it would be very useful to us "bystanders" if you would share what grinder you have (if not in your equipment list). After all, the three have different alignment properties and burr carriers, so everything from fit to per...

Weber Key Grinder
I think you are missing the context: He doesn't like the tumbler and is complaining that he can't use it without, because the grounds end up all over the place. That video segment just illustrates the need for a funnel that he doesn't have
