I've had my Bianca about two years and still use the paddle for each shot. Either dialling in a new roast, recreating a shot I'm happy with or just experimenting

You don't need to remove the tank. You'll need to remove that top screw for the tank but the tank remains. Remove all the other screws and the top comes right off

I had to replace my safety valve as my Bianca was doing the same thing. It's normal as it warms up but should stop. Mine would hiss and drip all the time. {link}

Yes, I assumed because my Phidget was old it needed legacy drivers. Not the case I guess because I uninstalled the old one and installed the most recent drivers. Looks like it's up now. Thanks!

It was that Y fitting that goes to the drain tray. The plastic just rotted away however the other Y fitting looks OK. Bella Barista, here in the UK, said Lelit has since changed the material.
