Sweet Marias "Magic" Label Ink

Go to roast in a couple months and have no idea what I am roasting. They seriously can't afford a laserjet? I really have to relabel everything? Love them, but disappearing label ink is just beyond silly. It's really annoying and confusing. Anyway, rant concluded

How to avoid underdeveloped and lifeless roast.

I concur that airflow too high is bad and will give bland coffee. Also drum speed is important, and someone here knows what it should be for that size roaster if you search for it. Otherwise, I think you should let it go another 5-10f and 30-45 seconds for the goals you are describing and see how that

Spring Levers for Light-Roast Coffee Fans

Any commercial lever will get the job done. Strega has two springs and full pump pressure preinfusion, so supposedly is the king of light roasts. That said, never heard a L1 or Pro 800 owner complain
