Doesn't the paddle open beyond the 180 degrees? Can't you remove the paddle and continue turning?

New precision baskets
Wouldn't full saturation of the puck be pre infusion? Or are you differentiating between the Slayer type? I currently do the full power until it goes to 3 bars and just stop it there to preinfuse. I also ordered the pesado he and will share thoughts

Great post guys. I have been using a vst 18g for about 6 or so years and was looking into a replacement and it's up to 35$ now. This prompted me to look into the Weber and pesado baskets. Basically, I use the vst with a paper filter and would like a similar option without the paper. Anyone have

Ceado e37s Add-ons or Upgrades?
I did get the red ssp burrs. I think everything was too tight when I did my first test and might have jammed the upper burr in the carrier. The burr seems to be stuck in the top burr carrier. I can grind with it but wanted to eventually do the marker align test... Any idea as it seems to

Can't get cappuccino foam right
I pull with a dose of 16g and a final weight of 15g. I froth until 90 degrees and then submerge at an angle until 120 degrees (this mixes it well). I found that any hotter than this and it loses the sweetness

What's your steaming technique with Quickmill Vetrano 2B EVO?
I use a similar technique as chris recommends. but when i submerge halfway through ill move it to the side of the pitcher to get a good cyclone like mix going
