I am really enjoying this, very much to my surprise. I don't think I will replace the Brazen Plus, I think I might get one of the Kitchenaid cold brewers instead. Its a bit pricey but it would be easier then using the french press and more convenient to use. The nice thing about this is it

Since I sold my espresso setup and my Brazen plus died a couple weeks back I have been using my french press to make cold brew. I just fill my french press a little over 1/3 full of fresh coarse ground coffee and add room temp water to fill it the rest of the way. Stir it and

Ok here are more details on the wheels they are building. The wheel builder seemed genuinely excited about the build. They are DT Swiss TK540 36h rims, DT Swiss 2.0 spokes and DT swiss nipples, and Shimano 105 hubs

The All City Mr. Pink is steel, and not just any steel but Columbus Zona. With the stock wheels it weighs just under 20lbs. Considering I started the year on a 45lb mountain bike then went to my 29lb Hybrid this 20lb bike feels like a Ferrari! Steel is real!

Thanks, I have done my research though. I am well above the "lawyer limit" on almost any bike, the only real issue is wheels. My current bike, a Jamis DXT Comp, I had to have a mountain bike rear wheel put on after breaking spokes multiple times but no other issues after close to
