How is the coffee that comes out of most grinders unimodal or any grinder , at best they are bi modal ? Burrs labelled unimodal do mot make coffee grounds all the same size . Some will have better peaks of particles than come out, but in essence labelling burrs unimodal is at best IMHO marketing
