Tool organizer suggestions

I have the urge to reorganize my set up. My area of work is kinda small. Mainly needing a way to consolidate and organize tools. I've looked around, but nothing jumped at me. What are you using, any suggestions?

It's been a few weeks and I have tried a few of the suggestions and corrected the issue. Top things that made a difference was purging my grinder a bit more. I guess some 2nd round of grinding was pulling out some old coffee the 1st grind didnt get pulled out . Then letting the

Good questions. My wife and I are tasting. For retainage. Wouldn't any old grinds come out for the first dose not the 2nd round? It is possible, I'll do some purging to test it out

I do flush after the shot to get the head clean. Then I wait for it to stabilize while I grind and prep for the next. Not sure what you mean by control dose. Weigh post grind in portafilter, wdt, and tamp. I don't have a small scale so go off of time and blonding to judge when

After the first one, espresso is worse and worse

I have noticed my 1st shot tastes the best and incrementally they taste worse with each pull. I'm running an Alexis Izzo Duetto V3 and grinder is compak pro. I give the machine 5 to 10 minutes to reheat. 19.5g in 38ish out. Thoughts? Am I the only one having an issue like this?
