Why no suds during backflush?
Thank you so much. My aged eyes did not easily see the white printing on the vivid yellow label. I read the directions instead and there was no such mention. As you stated, "less foam...more clean" does appear on the Joe Glo label itself

Sink shot before each session?
I do a sink shot on the Expobar Office Control after an overnight rest. However, as the machine is only fired up for making 3 or 4 doubles daily, should a sink shot be performed prior to each one? There is about a 6 hour spacing between drinks

Macap 57mm vs. Espro 58mm tamper
I'm going to purchase one or the other. However, I'm confused as to why MACAP uses the 57mm rather than the common 58mm for E61 groups. Does the untamped circumference create an addition uncertainty to the entire operation? I'm not afraid of the noise factor as regards the MACAP...I'm only intereste...
