Allegro Esmeralda Gesha at Wholefoods
It is not a bag FULL of coffee, there is empty space on top but it is sealed, so no way to find out if it is filled with Nitrogen or just plain air. I picked one from Alpharetta GA store and been using it in Aeropress, doesn't taste like old coffee. Tastes good, I have a plan to finish

I am the OP, sorry, have been away from forums for the whole weekend. Will update once I measure. Normally I take 14g, grind and use all of that for AeroPress, then pour water to fill the AP, wait few sec, as the level drops off, fill it more, cap off with plunger. Wait for about 60-90 sec and then

So, now-a-days I am using Aeropress in the AM and in office (yes, I get the looks , but folks who tested Aricha roasted at home have complimented on the taste) for making coffee. I use paper filter or kaffeologie s-filter. When i see people say 'oh wet the grounds and let it bloom for 20
