Some family relatives drink Turkish and I drink mostly espresso drinks, but wanted to tell you that the COMPAK E10 OD grinder ($2K) can grind extremely fine, and can give you the right grind size for your Turkish preparations. Unfortunately, this is not mentioned anywhere on the Internet
